The Rumptifusel is an aggressive creature that is covered in a dense coat of fur. It was long and thin and slept with it's body wrapped around a tree trunk. This action made it appear as a fur coat.
When a lumberjack would lift the "coat", the Rumptifusel would awaken and devour the victim.
