Ohio Pygmy is a small hominid of North America (Two miles south of Coshocton, Ohio). Height, 3 feet–4 feet 6 inches.
Significant sightings[]
In the early nineteenth century, a burial site containing the remains of up to 3,000 humans was found near Coshocton, Ohio, along the Muskingum River. Many of the skeletons appeared to be less than 4 feet 6 inches in height. Traces of wood suggested to the discoverers that the burials had been in coffins.
Possible explanation[]
The bones were either the remains of children or disarticulated adults. The cemetery was plowed over long ago; all that remained in 1975 was a mound at its southern edge.
