Blue Thing

Yes, this picture is a Halloween decoration - simply because I have no idea how this creature should be depicted. It is honestly one of the weirdest cryptids.

Seen for the first and only time by a hiker on the Ice Age Trail outside of Lodi, Wisconsin in 1999, this bizarre cryptid is completely unique - with nothing like it ever having been reported before or after to the best of my knowledge.

The Sighting[]

The hiker took the creature to be naught more than person wearing blue clothing riding a bicycle, but she soon realised that - presumably to her utter shock - that there was no bicycle and it was in fact a blue humanoid somehow gliding along the path. There was apparently a plume of something-or-other behind its head. Sadly, the report lacks further description.

Speculation[]

Perhaps the plume was the hiker's way of describing a feathery crest, presumably something like a display structure? I still can't think of how this could be a biological cryptid, but I would say that either an avian creature or one of the Atmospheric Beasts would be the best candidate for a biological explanation for this entity. I would, however, suggest that if this thing was really seen it was of a supernatural nature.
